HV Cable Termination Support

The HV cable termination support is a mobile support for all PFISTERER HV outdoor cable terminations from 72 kV up to 300 kV (ESS, ESP, EST, DOC and pluggable outdoor termination). The universal mounting plate allows the cable terminations to be easily mounted on the HV cable termination support without conversion. Due to its mobility and high flexibility it is especially suitable for laboratory and on-site tests.

Technical characteristics:

• Height- and depth-adjustable cable holders that allow the adjustment of all common cable bend radii.
• Cable clamps are optionally available for cable outer diameters from 37 mm up to 160 mm.
• Universal mounting plate of the HV cable termination support for all common base plates in the PFISTERER portfolio.
• The castors on the HV cable termination support allow the termination to be easily positioned in the room.
• Suitable for cable terminations EST, ESS, ESP, DOC and pluggable outdoor termination for voltage levels 72 kV up to 300 kV.
• Not suitable for permanent outdoor use.

The HV termination support is supplied with a solid wooden transport box including a solid metal frame substructure that is characterized by high stability and the possibility of palletizing. Therefore it is suitable for storage as well as for repeated transport of the HV cable termination support.
